mumswhorun aims to promote running as an ideal activity for women who want to get fit in an unthreatening, non-competitive environment. It's as much about making friends and having fun as it is about being active! You won't find any men, stuffy gyms or indoor classes - just friendly support and motivation from other active women in Hitchin.
